Booth Charges

1. Booking Process

• Booking opens from 14th April 2026.
• Allotment will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Booth booking requests must be sent only via email to: exhibition@icerpshow.com

2. Payment Terms

• 75% advance payment must be made within 7 days of booking request.
• Failure to make the payment within the stipulated time will result in automatic release of the booth space to the next prospective exhibitor.
• Final Instalment: 25% on or before 15th November 2026
•

5. Taxation & Compliance

• Indian Exhibitors must mention their GST Number at the time of booking.
• 18% GST will be charged additionally on the applicable booth rates, as per Government of India regulations.
• TDS @ 10% will be applicable as per prevailing regulations.
• Clarification for SEZ Exhibitors: Subject to applicable SEZ documentation and compliance requirements.

Payment Terms – Foreign Exhibitors (ICERP 2026)

• 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• The balance 50% (Final Instalment) must be paid on or before 31st October 2026.

Taxation

• The above rates are inclusive of GST @ 18%, as levied by the Government of India.
• Foreign Exhibitor rates are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• **Bare Space Scheme: Minimum 18 m2 need to be booked. Booth would be constructed by the exhibitor at their own cost as per the guidelines of the exhibition which would be sent separately.
• ***Constructed space (Shell Scheme): 9 m2 would be provided with: 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 Waste Basket, 3 Spot Lights, Company Fascia, Wall to Wall Carpet, 1 Electrical Outlet, Name board. (5A/220V)
