Constructed Scheme: 9m2 would be provided with: 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 Waste basket, 3 Spot Lights, Company Fascia, Wall to Wall Carpet, 1 Electrical Outlet (5A/220V), Name Board
For Larger constructed scheme booth the additional equipments will be as shown in the table below:
Bare Space Scheme: minimum 18m2 nneed to be booked. Booth would be constructed by the exhibitor at their own cost as per the guidelines of the organizer which would be sent separately
Notes: Booths will be booked on first come first serve basis. Sponsors will be given preference in booths selection. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 25% advance within 7 days from the date of application. The space will be blocked for a maximum of 7 days from the application. It will be released for the booking if the payment is not received within the stipulated time.
Early bird Discount of $ 20/sqm for booths booked with 50% advance payment before 30.06.2026. Balance 50% (Final instalment) must be paid on or before 30th September 2026
